Grating of neutral atoms in standing light waves field
We demonstrate the possibility of three-dimensional confinement of neutral atoms near the nodes of intense standing light waves field followed by the formation of a cooled atom grating. The coefficient of diffusion of atoms on the light wave lattice is calculated.
