Optical probing of the inhomogeneous gap distribution in nonequilibrium superconductors

The laser beam scanning method has been applied to study a spatial gap distribution in nonequilibrium superconducting films. The small gap region locates around the center of the junction area and its extreme splits into two parts. The large gap lies in the circumferential region.
