Influence of anisotropy dispersion on permeability of CoNbZr thin films

The initial permeability μ i and quantitative analysis of anisotropy effective field were examinated for CoNbZr amorphous films. The magnitude of μ i was found to be dependent on the anisotropy dispersion.
