Summary:The article specifies the organizational capabilities of application of artificial intelligence technologies in the model of sustainable development of the organization. Also, the article provided the theoretical and methodological background of the organizational changes and development, as well as determined the possibilities of application of artificial intelligence technologies in the functionality of the organization. It was proposed to use the methodological approach to application of neural networks in maintaining of the intelligent management of organizational development. There was developed the combinatorial model of artificial intelligence for decision making about the organizational development.
