Summary:This report describes 2 cases of congenital diaphragmatic hernia with associated congenital lung lesion which were diagnosed antenatally using ultrasound (US) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). We describe the antenatal imaging findings and the short-term postnatal outcome. Association of these fetal pathologies is rare and a challenging diagnosis. MRI supplements US in the evaluation of the lung parenchyma and its volume, in particular in the setting of distortion of the normal intrathoracic anatomy.
