Summary:On the basis of the experimental data, the deformation-induced transformation of homogeneous dislocation structures into heterogeneous ones with the formation of a substructure are considered. Order parameters that describe these transformations are introduced. Critical values of average and local dislocation densities, at which the transformations and the formation of new substructures take place, can be obtained from the experimental data.
