Summary:A series of quinazoline derivatives were synthesized via the cyclization of N, N′–disubstituted thiourea derivatives in the mixed solvent of acetontrile and aqueous NaOH by ultraviolet light irradiation. All the compounds are characterized by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS, and element analysis. The absolute configurations of 3a was determined by X‐ray crystallography.
