Because of it, more and more people use the services that they offer. Therefore, it is very important that the academic digital libraries provide a good service in order to satisfy the users’ expectations. The aim of this paper is to present a decision support system assisting the staff of the academic digital libraries to make decisions in order to meet the users’ needs and, in such a way, to increase the number of users utilizing them.
