Summary:Sinus arrest caused by sinus node (SN) artery occlusion during coronary intervention can take place, but it is usually transient and seldom influences hemodynamic instability. We encounter cases requiring revascularization of the SN artery because of cardiogenic shock, although it is very rare. Acute occlusion of SN artery during PCI should be noted, especially if hemodynamics is unstable.
