Summary:A novel frequency stabilization method is proposed in this paper. The variation of frequency is used as the feedback signal, and the system is composed of a loop temperature loop and a current loop of the semiconductor laser. The hardware and the software of the frequency stabilization system based on DSP are outlined. The simulation result of the digital-controlled current source is presented, which shows that the frequency stability of the system reaches 6.73×10-7.
