Summary: | The paper considers the possibility of constructing an active system. The dynamic force arising in the unit and causing vibration of the base is compensated by the inertial force acting in antiphase and generated due to the additional load controlled movement. Compensation is performed by an electrodynamic drive, the rectilinear movement of the moving mass of which is carried out by an extreme control system using a digital twin of a passive system and information on acceleration. The proposed algorithm for controlling the electrodynamic compensator using a digital twin and controlling only by acceleration ensures the effectiveness of vibration isolation. Also it significantly increases the possibility of practical application of such devices without changing the design of the passive system. |
