Summary:It considered specific type of discrete structures quasi-cellular nets (designed by author). The basic idea is space division to discrete areas cells, which distributed through the directions of flows in different subject areas (transport, industry, social systems, life systems etc.). Each cell has computer memory view as data structure that consists of data about cell coordinates, flow object, and changeable parameters of cell. Distribution of flow being considered as transition of flow between neighboring cells. Quasi-cellular nets are models that will be use for implementation of flow dualism (micro- and macrolevel of simulations) for different subject areas.
