Summary:The behavior of a nanodimensional aluminum powder mixed with polymer plasticized by nitroethers is studied by various physical and chemical methods, including differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetry, gas chromatography, and optical and electronic microscopy. Perspective methods of preliminary chemical treatment are determined that provide retention of powder properties during long-time storage and constancy of properties of the powder being an integral part of energetic materials.
