Summary: | A three-year-old male patient was brought to the emergency room due to elbow pain and limited range of motion three days after having his left forearm suddenly pulled upward by his mother. Clinically, he presented pain during forearm pronosupination. After an unsuccessful closed reduction, radiographs [Figure 1] and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) [Figure 2] were performed. Post-treatment MRI was also performed [Figure 3]. |
