Summary:The reproducibility for different automated synthesizers was investigated on the basis of the reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization of methyl methacrylate. Besides the reproducibility within one synthesizer and the comparability between different synthesizers also the effect of different reaction volumes (up‐scaling) was investigated and compared to conventional lab experiment.
