The Extension of the Stability Range of the Reconstructed Au(111) Surface by Propanal

The impact of propanal on the stability range of the reconstructed Au(111) surface has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry and capacity measurements. The results show that propanal extends the stability of the Au(111) in a larger range than that of Au(100) surface.
