Summary:In this paper, we study the non-convex regularization problem based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) reconstruction. In order to achieve high quality and fast reconstruction of MRI images, we use the non-convex Cauchy total variation (CauchyTV) as the regularization term for MRI reconstruction, and an effective alternating direction method of multipliers is selected to solve the new model. The CauchyTV model can effectively improve the fitting performance and reduce aliasing artifacts. The experimental results show that the performance of the CauchyTV model is better than the other typical TV regularization methods.
