Summary:Most people rely on technology in their everyday lives to navigate responsibilities to family, community, friends, and employers. The aim of this paper is to overview recent technological innovations (e.g., augmentative and virtual reality, wearable devices, and artificial intelligence) that have potential to improve efficiency and effectiveness of applied behavior analysis services for clients, practitioners, and society. We recommend that behavior analysts leverage these technologies to promote positive and ethical change that improves their lives, the lives of their clients, and the wider community.
