Summary: | Chemical solution deposition (CSD) as a very useful method for films was applied to fabricate La2/3Ca1/3MnO3 (LCMO) films. The effects including seed layer and heat treatments were investigated for LCMO films on SrTiO3 (100) single-crystal substrates. The X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy (AFM) and resistivity results showed that the microstructure and transport properties could be obviously tuned through the processing parameters. |
