Summary:The authors present the roentogenological findings and response to treatment of 10 patients with tuberculous mediastinal lymphadenitis (TML). The clinical presentation is usually nonspecific except for the positive tuberculin skin test. The roentgenographic appearance varies but very often includes right tracheobronchial involvement. Tissue diagnosis is often necessary to establish the diagnosis. Since the epidemiology of tuberculosis is shifting, TML will be encountered more frequently in the adult.
