Summary:The review is devoted to the study of the relationship between endophytic bacteria Bacillus spp. with plants, the nature and mechanisms of manifestation of response reactions of a plant organism in a community with bacteria to environmental stress factors. Information is presented on the influence of bacterial endophytes on the formation of mutualistic relationships between plants and other microorganisms. The conclusion is made about the need for an integrated approach to studying the effect of endophytic bacteria on a plant organism under the action of various stress factors and in the conditions of its interaction with other microorganisms.
