In data collection was used interview techniques by primary data, while secondary data comes from literature journal, books and government regulations. Result from research get show by some potentials in traditional markets by utilizing the role of Information and Communication Technology in traditional markets via social media and website, and start up digital get growth to characteristic specific in area until can improving income in area.
