Summary:Structure-sensitive properties of oxide nanofilms anodically formed on single crystals and polycrystalline silver and copper were determined by photoelectrochemical methods and scanning electron microscopy. At transition from polycrystalline substrate to single crystals the structural disordering decreases for Ag(I) oxide and increases for Cu(I) oxide in accordance with morphological modification.
