Case 36-2018: A 29-Year-Old Man with an Incidentally Discovered Renal Mass

A 29-year-old man was evaluated for a new, self-identified left testicular mass. Genitourinary ultrasonography revealed a varicocele on the left side and an incidental complex right renal mass measuring 11 cm in diameter. Diagnostic and management decisions were made.
