Summary: | OBJECTIVE. We describe the sonographic features of focal intratesticular lesions seen in men who underwent sperm retrieval procedures. CONCLUSION. Although many urologists believe that solid intratesticular masses are malignant until proven otherwise, a growing number of benign focal testicular lesions have been described.
