Summary:A quantitative theory of ultrarelativistic electron bremsstrahlung in a thin layer of substance that permits to describe the multiple scattering effect on radiation within the framework of quantum electrodynamics is developed. This theory is based on the application for this task of the theorem of factorization of radiation cross-section and on using the exact expression for the angular distribution function of electrons taking into account both multiple and single scattering of particles in amorphous medium. The theory represented here allows to obtain the quantum correction to the radiation spectral density which is conditioned by recoil effect at radiation.
