Summary:Granuloma faciale is an eosinophilic dermatosis that typically presents as red-brown facial plaques of middle-aged white men, while eosinophilic angiocentric fibrosis is a histologically similar fibrotic condition affecting the respiratory mucosa. Both are very uncommon conditions and pose a therapeutic challenge.
