Summary:An integrated digital color camera LSI chip set for surveillance and PC application has been developed. The system consists of 3 LSIs and has internal "micro-controller" with auto exposure (AE) and auto white balance (AWB) algorithm inside of the camera DSP. A wide range of CCD resolution from 180 K-pixel up to 380 K-pixel is supported by the system.
