Summary:The Drell-Yan process of heavy lepton pair production in hadronic collisions in discussed in a parton model which gives logarithmic corrections to Bjorken scaling. It is found that the moments of the Drell-Yan structure function exhibit a simple scale breaking behaviour closely related to the behaviour of moments of the deep inelastic structure function of the model. The extent to which analogous results can be expected in an asymptotically free gauge theory is discussed.
