Synthesis of enantiomerically pure functionalised trianglamine macrocycles by N-acylation and N-alkylation reactions

The N-alkylation and N-acylation reactions of trianglamine macrocycles are described leading to an efficient synthesis of enantiomerically pure functionalised hexa-amide and hexa-amine trianglamine macrocycles.
