Summary: | This paper explores the relationship among organizational justice, engagement and work performance of water industry employee and the engagement’s intermediary role between organizational justice and work performance based on equity theory and role theory. The analysis results of 152 survey data showed that there were significant positive correlation among organizational justice, engagement and work performance, engagement fully mediated between organizational justice and work performance. |
