On the theory of Kolmogorov spectra of drift wave turbulence

An analytical theory of weakly turbulent Kolmogorov spectra of drift waves is developed. Examples of both two-dimensional turbulence of waves described by the Hasegawa-Mima equation and three-dimensional turbulence of short-wavelength drift-Alfvén waves are discussed.
