Summary:An analytical method for the estimation of 6-chrysenamine (E.O.R.T.C. 116) in biological fluids and tissues is described. Blood and tumor levels were evaluated after a single and a subchronic treatment with 6-chrysenamine administered by different routes in (C 3 H × O 20 ) F 1 mice bearing spontaneous mammary tumor. The results obtained are discussed in terms of their therapeutical significance for experimental chemotherapy.
