Summary:The characteristics of chemical reactions in solids - (1) local process, (2) high velocity, (3) nuclei formation in the crystal volume - makes special methods of investigation necessary. In this work it is shown that investigations of structural transformation which accompany chemical reactions proceedings at a high rate in local regions either in the volume, or on the crystal surface, are possible due to the unique peculiarities of synchrotron radiation.
