Summary:Mechanisms and devices with multi – pair engagement of contact elements (transmission, connection, etc.) are widely used in mechanical engineering. The article considers an algorithm for rationalizing contact loading of parts of similar mechanisms and devices developed on the basis of a discrete computational model. The algorithm is based on the principle of entering the constructive step difference of contact elements.
