Summary:In this present research, the synthesis of polymer composite matrix has been described using the epoxy matrix, Jute fabric and Chicken Feather Fibre. Several parameters were evaluated such as the fibre content, fibre diameter and fibre length. Based on these parameters the tensile strength, impact strength and flexural strengths were evaluated. Besides that the orthotropic elasticity, stress and strain limit of the reinforced polymeric hybrid composites were also evaluated. Furthermore, the paper proposed a new hybrid algorithm for the synthesis and characterization of Jute-Chicken Feather Fibre reinforced polymeric hybrid composites. The simulation results demonstrates that the best results were obtained at the relative content of epoxy contributing 70%, Jute fabric contributing 25% and Chicken Feather Fibre contributing 5%.
