Summary: | The issues of repairing surfaces of parts at machine-building enterprises are considered. The reconstructed surface is considered as part of the continuum model. The possibility of obtaining electroplating with a predetermined amount of roughness is investigated. In this regard, the pressure of the tool on the treated surface can create both elastic and elastic-plastic deformations of the formed metal precipitation. The microgeometry of the coating is described using reference curves constructed from longitudinal and transverse profilograms. The rough surface of the friction contact is modeled as a set of spheres with one radius. |
