Summary:•In addition, this paper provides a service circuit breaking + inspection algorithm, a custom addressing algorithm, a service function aggregation scheme, and a reasonable architecture design, and finally overcomes the technical problems and difficulties. The ageing of the population has brought about a huge demand for healthy elderly care. Various companies and enterprises have launched many healthy elderly care products to service the elderly. It is reported that the field of elderly care is still in the development stage in China. Service management issues have gradually emerged with the increasing number of healthcare services and business complexity. However, there is a lack of a platform with an overall description model for unified management of health and elderly care services on the market. This paper proposed the HUAM (Healthcare Unified Access Model) to solve the access complexity of multi-language and multi-platform healthcare services, which standardised unified access to health and elderly care services. For service and product resources and function attributes, the proposed model was a unified description and behavioural norms for health care service. Moreover, the HUAConsole (Healthcare Unified Access Console) was developed to solve the problem of accessing healthcare services, which depended on the HUAM model. It was obtained that compared with before accessing the developed platform, the number of lines of code after access was reduced by 15 % on average, which had reasonable data and performance with some non-business functions. In addition, this paper highlights a service circuit breaking + inspection algorithm, a custom addressing algorithm, a service function aggregation scheme, and a reasonable architecture design, which efficiently overcomes technical problems and difficulties.
