Summary: | Epithelioid glioblastoma is a rare, aggressive subtype of glioblastoma, which was officially recognized by the World Health Organization classification of the central nervous system in 2016. Here, we represent the case of a 19-year-old female with epithelioid glioblastoma whose extracranial metastasis was detected on 18F 2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (18-F FDG PET/CT).
