Summary:Business sustainability is a major goal for every entrepreneur, especially women entrepreneurs. The term “business sustainability” refers to efforts that help a company’s long-term growth and competitive edge over its competitors. This study sought to empirically examine the adoption of mobile applications by women entrepreneurs as a means of business sustainability. Using the UTAUT as a theoretical model, this research examined this model and its associated hypotheses by applying structural equation modelling. The survey results from 330 women entrepreneurs in Saudi Arabia show that social influence, followed by effort expectancy, has the most significant influence on the behavioural intention to use mobile applications. On the other hand, facilitating conditions were found to be an insignificant predictor of the behavioural intention of women entrepreneurs in Saudi Arabia to use mobile applications.
