The schedule was based on six simple exercises to be self-managed during the work time. The efficacy was verified by questionnaire before and after 3 months and musculo-skeletal complaints resulted to be improved for 21 out of 56 workers, depending from diligence. The training was realized by an occupational doctor and a physiotherapist; the compliance of this method was good by the trainees, but a recalling intervention was planned to reach better results in the whole group.
