Summary:Results of registration by a coastal laser strainmeter of the microseismic oscillations, caused by signals of range of the ``voice of the sea'' (5-10 Hz), connected with the movement of typhoons are discussed. For the first time in the world, it is shown that the time of occurrence of microseisms of the ``voice of the sea'' coincides with the time of arrival of primary microseisms, generated by progressive sea waves in the observation site.
