Some years, certain departments have had problems matching their slots with preferred medical students. Other years these same departments have done well. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that are most important to medical students when they go through the interview and match process with CAMC and to compare the students who were ranked in the match of 2001 and chose CAMC with those who were ranked in the match and chose another institution for their residency. |
