Summary:Coronary artery aneurysms (CAAs) after drug-eluting stents are rare. They can be found during routine angiograms when asymptomatic or present with acute coronary syndromes. We report a case of multiple CAAs who presented 8 years after the initial stenting. Left anterior descending artery was the culprit vessel and managed with restenting.
