Case 27-2022: A 32-Year-Old Man with Confusion, Headache, and Fever

A 32-year-old man with Behçet’s disease was admitted after 2 weeks of confusion and headache and 2 days of fever. CSF analysis showed lymphocyte-predominant pleocytosis and a low glucose level. A diagnosis was made.
