Summary:This report provides a brief overview of family statistics, including the number of families and households, family composition, ethnic and racial diversity, marriage and divorce rates, family income, employment rates, and education levels for the state of Washington in the USA. Key findings of the report provided a snapshot of the challenges facing Washingtonian families, such as economic insecurity, lack of affordable housing, inadequate access to healthcare, and disparities in educational opportunities. Despite these challenges, there are programmatic opportunities that the state offers to navigate the challenges, which was also detailed in this brief report.
