Summary:In this work, we use a previously improved technique for constructing a coincident site lattice for crystals with a perovskite structure. A method has been developed for finding atomic arrangements of various elements in grain boundaries based on a specially developed algebra. Possible compositions of chemical elements for different grain boundaries, charge states of mating planes at the grain boundary, depending on its orientation, are pointed out.
