Summary:Abstract For the first time, a comparative analysis of the biological activity of selenium nanoparticles was carried out to create a new drug based on a non-toxic and effective means of intracellular delivery of selenium nanoparticles and the antibiotic polymyxin. Proven A method for the synthesis of selenium nanoparticles was developed using polyvinylpyrrolidone as an adsorbent, a stable form of their storage was achieved, microscopy of electron losses was carried out, the size of the synthesized preparation containing selenium nanoparticles was determined.
