On the phenomenological theory of the collective nuclear excitations
The collective phenomenological potential dependent on two variables β, γ is discussed and chosen. The resulting Schrödinger equation with 5 dynamical variables (including Euler angles) is solved numerically and results compared with experimental data on energy levels of even-even nuclei.
