Summary:We succeeded to prepare as-grown MgB2 superconducting thin films. The thin films were deposited on single crystal SrTiO3(111) substrates by very simple method of rf-sputtering using a single target without post-annealing process. A Mg disk with many small chunks of B on it was used as a target. The temperature dependences of resistance were measured by the four-probe method and the films of substrate temperature during sputtering ranging from 100 to 120 deg C showed zero resistivity at about 14 K.
